Radiation from harmful ultraviolet rays and the resulting sunburn is about the worst thing that can happen to your skin. A milk bath can help make you more comfortable even though your skin looks as if it is on fire.
Milk soothes the skin and puts nourishment back at the same time. Simply add the package (which contains powdered milk ) to a warm (not hot!) bath. Suspend the two bags of chamomile tea from the faucet and let them steep into your bathwater. Stay in the water for 20-30 minutes. Afterwards, rub your burned skin with aloe Vera gel.
Oatmeal Salt Skin Scrub
Add 1/3 cup of olive oil to the mixture in the bag. Mix well, and apply over all your body. Standing in the shower is the best method, then just rinse off with warm water. DO NOT USE SOAP. Towel dry and enjoy your baby soft skin.
Ingredients:
Ground Oatmeal, Sea Salt and essential oils.

Exfoliation is the process whereby the skin is rubbed, polished or scrubbed or enzymes are used on it to remove dead skin cells, rancid oils, dirt, and debris. The effects of pollution, and environment are harsh on the skin. This scrub removes dead cells to bring a more vibrant skin to the surface. The goal is to improve surface skin texture and prepare the skin for nutrients, such as moisturizers and lotions. Improves the skin's texture, stimulates the skins overall functions and increases circulation.
Work into your skin , gently massaging as you go. Rinse off thoroughly

Seaweed contains large amounts of minerals such as calcium, phosphorous, magnesium, iron, iodine, and sodium. They also contain acids that bind with toxins and expel them from the body. All seaweeds are potent detoxifying agents.
This bath contains seaweed powder. Put it in a HOT bath. A slight film will form on your body as the seaweed coats it. Once skin absorbs the seaweed, the film will disappear. Time is then up.
Be sure to sink in deep, up to your shoulder. Wrap your hair in a towel, and drink mineral water with lemon in it.

Baking soda is highly alkaline and has been found to help leach from your system toxins caused by pollution, cigarettes and alcohol. Add one cup of this mixture into your bath and dissolve e. The warmer the water the better the Detox.
Ingredients are Epsom Salt, Sea Salt and Baking soda with essential oils of lime, cedar leaf, wintergreen and ylang ylang. Also included are packages of powdered seaweed, to enhance your Detox, add one package to bath.

To use as a scrub, add enough olive oil to the salt and make a paste, then vigorously rub into your feet.
