Sunburn Bath

Radiation from harmful ultraviolet rays and the resulting sunburn is about the worst thing that can happen to your skin. A milk bath can help make you more comfortable even though your skin looks as if it is on fire. Milk soothes the skin and puts nourishment back at the same time. Simply add the package (which contains powdered milk ) to a warm (not hot!) bath. Suspend the two bags of chamomile tea from the faucet and let them steep into your bathwater. Stay in the water for 20-30 minutes. Afterwards, rub your burned skin with Aloe Vera gel.
